Article 1er. — Est nommé Officier de l’Ordre de Léopold le Commander Oerocold, Secretary to Admiral Dall. Il portera la Décoration militaire.第一条——兹任命奥罗科德（Commander Oerocold），即达尔海军上将秘书，为利奥波德勋章军官级成员。他将佩戴军事勋章。

Article 2. — Il prendra rang dans l’Ordre à dater de ce jour.第二条——自本日起，他将在勋章体系中获得相应等级地位。

• 即从1917年9月8日起，他正式拥有该勋章头衔和相关权利。

Article 3. — Notre Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, ayant l’administration de l’Ordre, est chargé de l’exécution du présent arrêté.第三条——我国外交大臣负责管理该勋章事务，由其负责执行本敕令。

4. Please check out within 24 hours after winning the bids. Anyone who submits abandonments will be added into the blacklist. Free shipping for orders over 500CNY(in total). Delivery will be arranged within 7 days by SF express. If insurance is needed, please contact the costumer service. Any request for refunding and exchanging the lots because of damaging and losses without insurance purchased in advance will not be responded.

5. All the lots are original (labelled as ‘reproduction’ not included). No refunding policy applies except for authenticity issues. Any questions and requirements will not be responded after 3 months of the ending of the sale.
