黄端先(1928年5月5日～2024年7月16日)，福建省闽侯人，中华民国军事将领。黄道炳之子。

生于民国十七年五月五日，陆军官校第21期步兵科毕业，曾任陆战队第99师少将师长，海军陆战队中将副司令、中将司令等职。

民国三十三年秋福州二度沦陷，眼见片地烽火，家乡遭日军蹂躏，遂响应蒋委员长十万青年十万军之号召，毅然投笔从戎，先期考进武冈第二分校十九期，于湖南武扬入伍，次年抗战胜利，各分校并编成都本校，先由闽赣入湘，再由湘黔入川长途跋涉，历经七个多月辗转三千里，备尝艰辛，终于民国三十六年结训，成为中央军校二十一期步科绩优生，毕业后，于三十七年元月八日，迳赴南京挹江门海军总部报到，蒙代总司令桂永清中将接见，一番恳谈与勋勉即派赴刚成立之陆战大队报到，担任迫炮中队见习官，历经四十年岁月，由于各级长官之器重与提携，逐次升任至陆战队第十三任司令。父亲服务陆战队期间，先后曾有五次深造机会，海军官校两栖军官队第一期、陆军步兵学校初级班二十七期、陆战队学校高级班八期及指挥参谋班八期、三军大学战争学院将官班七十年班，受训成绩均名列前茅。父亲任职期间曾先后获颁勋奖章三十一枚，并于民国三十九年获选国军第一届战斗英雄及民国五十六年获陆战队保举为全队服务最优人员两项殊荣。

民国五十七年至七十一年间，曾四度调离陆战队，第一次五十七年一月，于司令部补给组长任内，随司令于豪章中将，调国防部副参谋总长任随员室参谋主任，次年五月获悉于副总长将调升陆军总司令，父亲自请回队调任九十九师第六团团长，第二次于六十三年九月，队司令部副参谋长任内，调陆军八十四师副师长、第三次于六十五年三月转调国防部作战次长室第三处处长、六十六年九月经宋总长核定回队，任陆战九十九师师长、第四次于七十年七月父亲于三军大学战争学院将官班结训后，派任国防部联合作战训练部占中将缺督考官，七十一年十一月奉核定调回陆战队接任副司令。
