银质奖章。编号No.0177

拯救生命奖章为一圆形银牌，直径长32mm，正面和反面的边缘都凸起。奖章正面印有勇气奖章上的浮雕图案，反面中央下部和左半边则有棕榈、桂花和橡树的树枝，右半边有一行字“拯救生命”（俄语：«ЗАСПАСЕНИЕПОГИБАВШИХ»）。反面亦有一个浮雕字母“N”和一条预留用作填上序号的横线。

拯救生命奖章的绶带为一五边形，上有一条24毫米宽的白色条纹，左右均有2mm的红色条纹。这个奖章设有略章。

拯救生命奖章于1994年3月2日根据总统令设立，颁发章程曾分别在1999年1月6日、1995年6月1日、2010年9月7日及2011年12月16日四度根据总统令进行修订。在2011年的修改中，此奖章的略章被正式设立，亦规定了如受勋者的壮举表现出勇敢和勇气，此奖章可以被颁发多于一次。

拯救生命奖章是颁发给在自然灾害中救人、拯溺、扑灭火害及在其他情况中救人的公民。此勋章可以被追授。受勋者应把勋章戴在胸部的左边，并且要和保护国界有功奖章放在一起。
